Seriously, my 8 year old is exactly like a miniature version of the Hulk when he gets mad. Except maybe without the exploding muscles and disintegrating clothing as his temper morphs him into this monster. As I watched my child come stomping into my room to inform me that "He just can't take it anymore" in between the grunting and snarling that was tumbling out of his little mouth all I could picture was Bruce Banner turning into the angry,destructive Hulk. (great reference I know and I'm not even a fan!)
His most recent episode as usual had to do with his 6 year old brother. Nothing sets him off more than a poking,prodding, in your face younger sibling. Call me evil if you will but I was fascinated at how his face contorted and his nostrils flared while he explained to me how much he *disliked* his brother!
"uuuurrrggghh! I just can't take it, I'm not doing this anymore!" My eyebrows raised as he continued on in this tone. "I refuse to make him a sandwich because he wants the same one as mine...uurrrggghh"a short pause-"Why do I even have a younger brother ,I can't stand him anymore,I don't like him!" his shoulders scrunch up and bony little arms start waving in the air. " I only love the baby,why can't he just be my brother and not HIM!" In comes said younger brother. "Forget it, I just refuse to deal with this anymore!" and off he stomps to his room. What can I say,we all have our fist pounding,shirt ripping,scream at the top of our lung moments but really did it have to be over your brother asking for a sandwich for petes sake!

OMGosh that is just hilarious! I can't help but laugh when my kids act that way...Yes it can be agravating but dang...it's SO funny!
